When do I get my tickets?
Once your ticket order has been confirmed, we will ship your tickets via the shipping method you chose at checkout. . Please note that some tickets, for events in the distant future, may not be ready to ship right away. This could be because the box office has yet to print the tickets, although they are available for purchase.

In some cases the tickets are printed with, for instance, the season ticket holder’s name on them. It is never required that the name on the physical ticket must match the name of the event attendee. To sell your tickets, please complete and submit this form or call (866) 682-7022. Please be sure to include the event, location, date, section, row, seat numbers and desired price. An ICON Tickets Purchasing Agent will contact you within two business days if there is interest in acquiring your tickets. ICON Tickets cannot accept every offer that is made to us to sell, but if we do agree to buy your tickets, we purchase them outright. We do not make you list your tickets and then wait weeks to find out if they sold, and at what price.

Before you checkout there will be a place to enter both a “Promotional Code” and/or “Gift Certificate Number.” Enter the code or number in the appropriate box. The actual discount and/or gift card balanced will not be applied until AFTER your ticket request is made. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that will reflect the applied discount and/or gift card balance.
When you submit your order online or via phone, you are completing a ticket request. ICON Tickets will then confirm that the specific ticket(s) are still available BEFORE you are charged. Once confirmed, ICON Tickets will notify you via email that your purchased has been confirmed along with a detailed invoice of charges. It is only AFTER your purchase is CONFIRMED that your credit card will be charged.
